Once your Estate is onboarded onto our platform, we can advise of tenancy start dates, end dates, rent reviews, renewals & all safety certification expiry dates to ensure that your Estate remains compliant & to mitigate your risk when looking ahead at safeguarding the residential compliance on the Estate.
It is critical we work with the Estate principal to create a bespoke approach for your estate that will enable us to cover anything from your blind spots all the way through to full estate management.

Estate review, Appraisal and Management.
We work with clients who have a number of properties within an Estate that are either being managed directly or by multiple property management companies.
The principal aim is mitigating risk for the Estate in the immediate to long term with a software platform through Osprey Property Estates (OPE) where we can continually monitor all aspects of legislation.
In addition, we can provide guidance on long term property and Estate performance. An assessment and viewing of all residential properties is critical as this is the start of the onboarding process which enables us to advise and guide our client with transparency.
We can, if required, consolidate a client’s existing property portfolio under OPE, incorporating the Estate logo, to streamline and monitor all compliance, legislation & the issuing of documentation and contracts.
